解决SciChart中TimeSpanAxis下VerticalLineAnnotation不显示的问题

嘿，我之前也踩过这个坑！用SciChart v5.1.0.11299时，把X轴换成TimeSpanAxis后VerticalLineAnnotation就消失了，本质原因是注解的X坐标类型和TimeSpanAxis不匹配——毕竟NumericAxis认数值，而TimeSpanAxis只认TimeSpan类型的坐标值。

可能的原因&解决方案：

坐标值类型不匹配：如果你的VerticalLineAnnotation的X1还是设置成了数字（比如X1="5"），SciChart无法自动将数值转换为TimeSpan，自然显示不出来。你需要把X1改成TimeSpan格式的字符串，或者绑定TimeSpan类型的属性：
直接在XAML里设置：
```
<s:VerticalLineAnnotation X1="00:05:00" Stroke="Red" StrokeThickness="2" />
```
绑定ViewModel属性的话，ViewModel里要定义TimeSpan类型的属性：
```
public TimeSpan TargetTime { get; set; } = TimeSpan.FromMinutes(5);
```
然后XAML绑定：

VisibleRange格式不规范：你代码里的Min="00"虽然SciChart可能能解析，但更稳妥的写法是完整的TimeSpan格式00:00:00，避免解析异常：

CoordinateMode设置错误：默认的CoordinateMode可能不是基于数据坐标的，显式设置为DataCoordinate可以确保注解基于轴的实际数据范围定位：
