GNOME 44运行时终止支持后的解决办法咨询

今天我在更新Flatpak的时候收到了一条终止支持的提示信息：

Info: org.gnome.Platform//44 is end-of-life, with reason:
The GNOME 44 runtime is no longer supported as of March 20, 2024.
Please ask your application developer to migrate to a supported platform.

我已经用Flatpak快两年了，它在图形密集型应用上的表现确实比其他方式更快，目前我的Flatpak版本是Flatpak 1.12.7。下面是我当前安装的Flatpak应用列表：

想请教各位大佬，这种情况下我该怎么处理？直接手动卸载GNOME 44运行时会不会影响依赖它的应用？有没有办法让相关应用自动迁移到受支持的平台，还是我需要主动联系应用开发者？
