1. 确保引入了正确的EPSG依赖包 #

Geotools官方提供了几个EPSG数据实现，最常用的是gt-epsg-hsql（基于HSQL数据库的轻量级实现），如果用Maven的话，直接在pom.xml里加这段依赖：
