无法卸载.NET Framework 4.5.3，求获取对应安装EXE的方法

Hey, I’ve run into this exact issue before—.NET Framework 4.5.3 is tricky because it’s not a standalone release, it’s actually an in-place update tied to specific Windows versions (Windows 8.1 and Server 2012 R2). Here’s how to get the missing EXE it’s asking for during uninstall:

• Install the corresponding Windows Update package
.NET 4.5.3 is delivered via KB3000850. You have two options here:

  • Open Windows Update, check for available updates, and install KB3000850 directly (it will appear if your system is compatible).
  • Download the standalone installer for KB3000850 from the Microsoft Update Catalog. Once installed, the uninstaller will locate the required EXE file automatically.

• Use DISM to repair system components
If Windows Update isn’t working for you, run this command in an elevated Command Prompt (right-click Command Prompt > "Run as administrator"):

  DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

This tool will automatically download and replace missing or corrupted system files—including the .NET 4.5.3 installation binaries—from Microsoft’s official servers. Once the repair completes, try uninstalling .NET 4.5.3 again.

• Re-run the NetFxRepairTool in advanced mode
If you only used the basic repair option before, launch the tool again, select Advanced mode, then choose "Repair .NET Framework installations". You can let the tool automatically fetch the missing files, or point it to a network share with Windows update sources if you have access to one.

The core issue here is that .NET 4.5.3 doesn’t have a standalone installer—it’s packaged as a Windows Update. So you need to get that update onto your system first to supply the uninstaller with the files it requires.
