Windows 11下罗技G102鼠标与G610键盘重新插拔后无响应问题求助

各位大佬，我最近碰到个糟心的硬件问题，想请大家帮忙支支招：

我在设备管理器里看到了这样的错误提示：

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. To fix this problem you should uninstall and then reinstall the hardware device. (Code 19)

目前遇到的具体情况如下：

• 重启机器能暂时解决问题，但每次都得重新打开一堆应用，实在太折腾人了
• 只有开机前就把设备插好，它们才能正常工作
• 试过罗技G HUB，但完全没起到作用
• 我其他非罗技品牌的设备都没有这个问题
• 这个问题好像是在Windows 11某次系统更新之后才出现的
