树莓派APT网络配置及更新失败问题求助

刚搬到宿舍，这是我第一次拿出树莓派来用，结果发现APT彻底崩了！我怀疑可能是防火墙的问题，但也不敢完全确定。之前我找过相关的解决方案文章，试了那些看起来合理的办法，结果都没起作用。

我已经折腾过好几种网络连接方式了：从WiFi换到以太网，甚至直接用LAN线把树莓派和我的PC直连，但不管用哪种方式，都会出现类似下面的错误提示。

当我执行命令sudo apt-get update时，得到的报错信息如下：
