使用wsHttpBinding配置WCF服务：Https基地址下MEX元数据获取失败问题

• 默认的MEX绑定（mexHttpBinding）只支持HTTP，和HTTPS基地址不兼容
• 服务行为没有开启HTTPS方式的元数据发布
• 主服务终结点的wsHttpBinding没有配置Transport级别的安全

分步解决方案 #

1. 修正服务端配置的核心部分 #

打开服务的app.config（或web.config），重点调整以下3个地方：

（1）配置支持HTTPS的wsHttpBinding

确保主服务终结点的绑定启用Transport安全：

• 端口防火墙：确认8722端口的HTTPS流量没有被防火墙拦截。
• 服务启动状态：确保WCF服务没有抛出内部异常，开启serviceDebug的includeExceptionDetailInFaults="true"可以查看具体错误信息。

3. 客户端测试注意事项 #

• 用Visual Studio添加服务引用时，直接输入HTTPS基地址https://localhost:8722/Design_Time_Addresses/_20180420_WcfServiceLibraryTest/Service1/即可，开启httpsGetEnabled后VS会自动发现元数据。
• 手动配置客户端时，也要对应使用mexHttpsBinding来获取元数据。
