NX 18中nx.json的targetDefaults无法为nx-dotnet传递配置参数的问题求助

大家好，我最近在NX 18里碰到个头疼的问题，想请教下社区的朋友们：我原本以为nx.json里的targetDefaults应该能把配置参数传递到项目层级，但在使用nx-dotnet的时候却完全行不通。

我的需求很明确——想通过nx.json里lint的配置选项来运行nx-dotnet format，但这些配置选项根本没生效。可如果我直接在项目的project.json里设置相同的选项，就能正常工作，这就让我特别困惑。
