Expo Background Fetch任务始终无法执行的问题求助

各位好，我最近在尝试使用Expo的Background Fetch功能，跟着官方教程和示例一步步配置，但不管怎么测试，都看不到后台任务被触发。我自己写了一段测试代码，也同样没有效果，想请大家帮忙看看问题出在哪里。

我的测试代码如下：

我已经按照文档要求做了任务注册相关操作，但后台任务就是没有执行的迹象，有没有朋友遇到过类似的问题，或者能帮我排查下可能的原因？
