Azure Function调用PowerBI API时出现SSL连接异常求助

我现在遇到个棘手的问题，想请教下大家：我在Azure Function（用的是C# .NET 8 isolated模式，v4版本，部署在Linux计划）里通过SDK调用PowerBI API。本地开发的时候一切都正常，结果部署到Azure之后就触发了SSL错误，具体异常信息如下：

Exception: System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.

System.IO.IOException: Received an unexpected EOF or 0 bytes from the transport stream.

这个错误刚好发生在执行这行代码的时候：powerBiClient.Reports.GetReportInGroupAsync(workspaceId, reportId);

我的Function是部署在VNET里的，目前据我了解（权限有限），网络策略是允许所有出站流量的。

有没有朋友遇到过类似的情况？或者能给我一些排查问题的方向？我已经做了以下排查：

• 从Function内部解析api.powerbi.com的DNS是正常的
• 能在Kudu控制台ping通api.powerbi.com
• 检查过证书相关的问题，但看起来异常在证书验证环节之前就已经抛出了...
