点击UITableViewCell时textLabel与detailTextLabel右移问题求助

这种点击cell时textLabel/detailTextLabel向右偏移的情况我之前也碰到过，大概率是自定义约束和系统默认布局逻辑冲突，或者约束不完整导致的，给你几个可行的解决思路：

1. 补全约束，避免布局歧义 #

你贴的代码里只设置了leftAnchor的约束，没有限制textLabel的rightAnchor或者和detailTextLabel的相对位置，这会让AutoLayout在选中状态下（系统可能调整cell内部布局）出现歧义，导致Label偏移。

试试补全完整的约束，确保Label的位置被牢牢固定：
