Firebase Auth手机号登录及短信验证码请求失败问题求助

各位大佬好！我最近在做Firebase Auth手机号登录功能时，遇到了短信验证码请求失败的问题，试了各种办法都没解决，实在没办法了来请教大家！

我收到的报错信息如下：

SMS verification code request failed: unknown status code: 17093 null

I/flutter (28101): Error: This request is missing a valid app identifier, meaning that Play Integrity checks, and reCAPTCHA checks were unsuccessful. Please try again, or check the logcat for more details.

我已经尝试了非常多的解决方案，而且我的build.gradle里已经添加了这个依赖：

dependencies { 
    implementation 'com.google.firebase:firebase-appcheck-safetynet:16.0.0' 
}

有没有朋友遇到过类似的问题？或者能给我一些排查的方向？万分感谢！
