Hey everyone,

I use Microsoft Teams version 06.05.2024 (24091.214.2846.1452) on a daily basis for hosting and moderating calls. Here's my current workflow for setting up a meeting:

• Open the Teams appointment
• Click the "attend/participate" button (labeled "Jetzt teilnehmen" in German) with my video camera activated
• Maximize the resulting window displaying my video feed — I’m typically the first (and only) participant at this stage
• Open a second window with the meeting minutes on my second screen
• Hit the "Share" button on the Teams screen and select the meeting minutes window I opened earlier

Right after step 5, I run into an annoying problem: my Teams window automatically shrinks to a tiny 81x66 mm² notification-style window in the lower right corner of my main screen. I have to manually pan and maximize it every time to get back to the full Teams interface.

A related tutorial video addresses this scenario, but I'm hoping to find ways to either simplify my workflow or fix this automatic shrinking issue entirely so I don't have to repeat that extra step for every call.

Does anyone have tips, workarounds, or solutions to share? Thanks in advance!
