Ubuntu 20.04环境下MySQL 8双进程冲突致加载停滞的问题求助

各位大佬，这个问题已经折腾我整整两周了，实在找不到头绪，来求大家帮忙看看！

之前我们的Ubuntu 20.04服务器一直稳得一批，完全没出过问题，直到某天UpTime Robot突然给我发来了500错误的监控警报。

我排查的时候运行sudo aa-status，结果显示有2个相关进程在运行：

2 processes have profiles defined.
2 processes are in enforce mode.

目前我只能靠临时办法救急：执行service mysql stop && pkill -f mysql杀掉所有MySQL进程，然后重启MySQL，这时候服务器就能恢复正常。但麻烦的是，要么我一执行apt-get upgrade就会再次触发这个问题，要么就是过个几天，故障又会重现——还是显示有2个MySQL进程在运行，相当于MySQL试图启动两个实例导致冲突卡死。

下面是我执行apt-get upgrade时的部分日志片段：
