安装flash-attn时获取构建依赖失败报错求助

我最近在安装microsoft/Florence-2-large模型，跟着它的文档操作，但是运行pip install flash-attn --no-build-isolation的时候，碰到了下面这个报错：

我之前也碰到过类似的问题，大概率是Python版本或者编译环境的问题，给你几个实用的排查和解决方向：

• 优先检查Python版本：Python 3.12实在太新了，很多需要编译的C扩展包（比如flash-attn）还没完成适配，建议降级到Python 3.10或者3.11版本，这两个版本对flash-attn的兼容性经过验证，基本不会出这类构建问题。
• 确认Windows编译环境是否齐全：在Windows上安装需要编译的Python包，必须要有Visual Studio的C构建工具。你可以安装Visual Studio Community版，安装时一定要勾选「桌面开发使用C」的工作负载，确保MSVC编译器、Windows SDK这些核心组件都装好了。
• 调整安装命令参数：如果暂时不想降级Python，试试去掉--no-build-isolation参数，直接运行pip install flash-attn，让pip自动处理构建隔离所需的依赖，有时候这个参数会干扰依赖的正常获取。
• 更新pip到最新版本：先运行pip install --upgrade pip把pip更到最新版，旧版pip在处理pyproject.toml类型的包依赖时，偶尔会出现这类获取失败的问题。
