WSL2 Ubuntu 24.04下PPA仓库添加及更新错误的解决方法咨询

各位好，我现在用的是WSL2搭配Ubuntu 24.04系统。之前因为C盘空间不够，把Ubuntu导出后重新导入到了D盘。但这之后，添加PPA仓库的时候总是报错，运行sudo apt-get update也会出现错误，完全没法正常更新系统。

我已经尝试过的方法：

• 修改resolv.conf中的nameserver为8.8.8.8，但问题依然存在

举个具体的例子，当我执行以下命令添加GNU Radio的PPA时：

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnuradio/gnuradio-releases

得到的输出是：

之后执行sudo apt-get update，错误信息如下：

有没有朋友能帮忙指点一下，怎么才能解决这个问题，顺利添加PPA并完成系统更新呢？
