Ubuntu Jammy系统BlueZ源更新报错及Matter chip-tool蓝牙配对失败问题求助

大家好，我最近在Ubuntu Jammy系统上碰到了两个和蓝牙相关的问题，想请教下怎么解决：

首先，我执行sudo apt update的时候弹出了报错信息，具体内容如下：

E: The repository    'https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/bluetooth/bluez/ubuntu jammy    Release' does not have a Release file. 
N: Updating from such a    repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by    default. 
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and    user configuration details.

另外，我的蓝牙之前就不太好用，最近在用Matter的chip-tool通过蓝牙配对时，还出现了配对失败的错误：

Pairing Failure: src/platform/Linux/bluez/BluezObjectManager.cpp:312: CHIP Error 0x000000AC: Internal error

我猜测可能是BlueZ相关的包出了问题，但完全不知道该怎么修复。有没有大佬知道怎么解决这两个问题呀？
