Xubuntu 23.10执行特定操作后无法启动的问题求助

各位好，我碰到了一个启动故障，想请大家帮忙支招：

我有一台旧款Dell E6410笔记本，内部SSD上装的是Xubuntu 23.10。之前我用这台机器，通过Xubuntu 24.04的安装U盘，在一块外接硬盘上完成了24.04系统的安装。安装过程看起来没什么问题，现在那块外接硬盘在2014款Mac mini上能正常启动24.04，但我的Dell笔记本却没法从内部SSD启动原本的23.10系统了。

我用Boot-Repair工具检测后得到了如下总结：
