解决PowerShell远程服务操作超时无响应的问题

方案一:用Invoke-Command(推荐,支持原生超时)
如果你的环境已经开启了WinRM(大部分企业服务器默认会配置),Invoke-Command是最简单的方案,它自带-TimeoutSec参数可以直接设置超时时间:

为什么这个方案好用?
- 原生支持超时,到点直接终止远程调用,不会无限等待
- 错误处理清晰,不管是超时还是服务不存在的错误,都会进入
catch块 - 如果是批量处理服务器/服务列表,把这段逻辑套进循环就行
方案二:用后台作业(适合未开启WinRM的场景)
如果你的服务器没开WinRM,那可以把服务操作放到后台作业里,用Wait-Job控制超时:

这个方案的注意点:
- 后台作业会在PowerShell后台运行,不会阻塞你的主进程
- 记得最后清理作业,避免残留的后台进程占用资源
如果是批量处理多台服务器和对应的服务,只需要把上面的代码放进foreach循环里,遍历你的服务器-服务列表就行。
