请求协助配置strongSwan VPN服务器以获取swanctl.conf文件（适配Windows机器证书场景）

大家好，我现在需要帮忙配置strongSwan VPN服务器，目标是能使用swanctl.conf文件——这个文件是适配Windows机器证书的strongSwan配置所必需的。

我的服务器上应该已经预装（或者之前安装过）strongSwan了，服务器的系统信息如下：

Linux Wonderland 4.19.0-25-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.19.289-2 (2023-08-08) x86_64

当我在终端执行命令 systemctl status strongswan 时，得到的服务状态输出是：
