Android 8.0（Oreo）通知无法正常发送问题排查

2. 通知构建时未关联正确的Channel ID #

创建NotificationCompat.Builder时，传入的Channel ID必须和你创建的Channel的ID完全一致（大小写敏感），否则通知找不到对应的Channel，直接被丢弃。
