Ubuntu系统蓝牙无法开启问题求助

我刚安装完Ubuntu系统，结果发现蓝牙怎么都开不了！我的蓝牙设置界面里，蓝牙开关是灰色的，完全点不动，没法启用。

有人给我推荐了一套命令让我尝试修复，我把这些命令贴在这里，想问问大家这个方案是否可行，或者有没有其他更有效的解决办法？
