ZFS send/recv报校验和不匹配但zpool scrub无数据错误的问题求助

各位ZFS大佬，我碰到一个挺费解的问题，想请教下大家的排查思路：

我用这条命令做增量快照同步的时候：

zfs send data-2024-06-04@2024-07-05a -R | zfs recv data-2024-06-04-backup -F

直接弹出了校验和不匹配的错误：

cannot receive new filesystem stream: checksum mismatch

我第一反应是源存储池可能有数据损坏，立刻跑了zpool scrub data-2024-06-04，等scrub完成后看zpool status -v的输出，结果是这样的：

pool: data-2024-06-04                                                                                                                                                    
 state: ONLINE                                                                                                                                                             
status: One or more devices has experienced an unrecoverable error.  An

显示已经尝试修复了错误，应用也没受影响，但再跑send/recv还是报同样的校验和不匹配。有没有朋友遇到过这种情况？到底是哪里出问题了？
