一些调整技巧 #

• 偏移量（label_lon/label_lat的加减值）可以根据实际显示微调，比如NH可能需要再向上多偏一点，避免和VT的标签重叠；
• 可以给不同小州设置不同的偏移方向，比如RI向右下方，CT向左上方，进一步减少重叠；
• 如果要调整引线的样式，比如改成虚线，在LINE的function里加style='2'（SAS的线型代码，2是虚线）。
