Windows 11下通过运行/命令行单命令启动Office 365、Edge、Chrome、Firefox失效问题求助

各位大佬好！

之前公司配发的旧笔记本上，我一直能用运行对话框或者命令提示符，通过单个命令直接启动各类Office应用和浏览器，比如：

• winword（启动Microsoft Word）
• excel（启动Microsoft Excel）
• msaccess（启动Microsoft Access）
• outlook（启动Microsoft Outlook）
• powerpnt（启动Microsoft PowerPoint）
• msedge（启动Microsoft Edge）
• chrome（启动Google Chrome）
• firefox（启动Mozilla Firefox）

但最近换了新的Microsoft Surface Studio Laptop 2后，这些命令突然不好用了。比如输入msaccess时，会弹出错误提示：

'msaccess is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file'

我猜测应该是系统里某个设置没配置对，但旧笔记本已经不在我手上了，没法对照查看设置项。有没有大佬能帮忙指点一下，需要调整哪些设置才能恢复这个功能呀？
