PostgreSQL中‘FATAL: database "ag_test3" does not exist’错误的调试与排查求助

我在Ubuntu 20.04.06 LTS虚拟服务器上部署了一套简单的PostgreSQL 12.19环境，安装的是官方通用包，具体已安装的包信息如下：

postgresql-12/focal-updates,now 12.19-0ubuntu0.20.04.1 amd64 [installed]
postgresql-client-12/focal-updates,now 12.19-0ubuntu0.20.04.1 amd64 [installed]
postgresql-client-common/focal-updates,focal-updates,focal-security,focal-security,now 214ubuntu0.1 all [installed,automatic]
postgresql-common/focal-updates,focal-updates,focal-security,focal-security,now 214ubuntu0.1 all [installed,automatic]

操作过程是这样的：第一天我创建了名为ag_test3的数据库，大概第10天的时候删掉了这个库。但现在每次执行systemctl restart postgresql之后，以及重启后的每一天，我的日志文件/var/log/postgresql/postgresql-12-main.log都会被下面的错误信息填满，我完全搞不懂这个错误是从哪来的，也不知道是哪个PostgreSQL进程在触发它：

2024-08-20 15:50:39.729 MEST [23464] FATAL:  database "ag_test3" does not exist

有没有大佬能帮忙分析下这个错误的根源，教教我怎么定位到触发它的进程，彻底解决这个日志刷屏的问题呀？
