Avano主题(WooCommerce/WordPress)求助:首页还原及插件疑问
Hey there, I’ve worked with the Avano Multipurpose WooCommerce theme quite a bit, so I can walk you through exactly what you need to get that original homepage layout back up and running.
First: The Non-Negotiable Plugins You Need
Without these, the theme’s core features and demo-style layout won’t work properly:
- Avano Core: This is the theme’s backbone plugin. It powers all the custom blocks, unique product styles, and theme-specific settings you see in the demo. Skip this, and most of Avano’s standout features will be missing.
- WooCommerce: Since Avano is built for e-commerce, this is a given. You’ll need it to access product pages, carts, checkout flows, and all other essential e-commerce functionality.
- Elementor Page Builder: The original Avano homepage is built entirely with Elementor. Without this, you won’t be able to edit or replicate that drag-and-drop, visually rich layout.
- One Click Demo Import: This is the fastest way to pull in the exact demo content, settings, and homepage structure. It’s the key to skipping manual layout building entirely.
Step-by-Step to Restore the Original Homepage
Install & Activate All Plugins
Head to your WordPress dashboard > Plugins > Add New, search for each plugin above, install them, and make sure they’re activated. Don’t forget Avano Core—it’s often included in your theme download file if you don’t find it in the plugin repository.Import the Demo Data
- Go to your dashboard’s Appearance > Import Demo Data (or look for a dedicated "Avano Demo Import" section in the theme settings—some versions put it there).
- Select the demo package that matches the original homepage you want (usually labeled something like "Default Demo" or "Demo 1").
- Click "Import" and let the process run—don’t refresh the page mid-import, as that can cause errors.
Set Up Your Homepage & Menu
- After import finishes, go to Settings > Reading. Under "Your homepage displays", select "A static page" and choose the imported demo homepage from the dropdown.
- Next, go to Appearance > Menus, select the imported demo menu, and set it as your primary menu to match the demo’s navigation bar.
Tweak as Needed
If any elements look off (like missing images or placeholder text), just open the homepage with Elementor (click "Edit with Elementor" on the page) and update the content. The styling will already match the demo—you just need to swap in your own text, images, or products.
A quick heads-up: If you run into import errors, try disabling any non-essential plugins first (they can sometimes conflict with the demo import tool). Also, double-check that Avano Core is activated—without it, the demo import option might not even show up.
