• Click the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top right corner of the dashboard
• From the left sidebar menu, select Notifications
• Under the Instant payment notifications (IPN) section, click Update
• On the IPN settings page, you can:
  • Toggle on Receive IPN messages (Enabled)
  • Enter your target IPN URL in the Notification URL field
