问题根源 #

你给ScrollView设置了android:layout_height="2000dp"，这就是核心错误！ScrollView本身的高度应该设置成**match_parent（占满父容器）或者固定的合理高度**（比如300dp），这样它才能在屏幕可视范围内提供滚动区域。如果把ScrollView本身拉得比屏幕还长，它就没有“滚动的必要”了，自然不会触发滚动效果。
