Ubuntu 24.04执行sudo apt upgrade时内核符号链接创建失败的问题求助

大家好，我在Ubuntu 24.04系统上执行sudo apt upgrade的时候碰到了内核包配置失败的问题，折腾半天没搞定，来求各位大佬指点！

我执行升级命令后，前面的步骤都正常，但到配置新内核包的时候直接报错了，完整的命令输出如下：

sudo apt upgrade

错误提示是创建vmlinuz-6.8.0-41-generic的符号链接时操作不被允许，导致dpkg处理内核包失败，现在还有依赖问题卡住整个流程。我已经试过运行sudo apt --fix-broken install，但还是报同样的权限错误，实在不知道该从哪里入手解决了，有没有懂的朋友给个方案？
