WSL命令无法使用求助：CMD/PowerShell执行WSL命令均提示“The system cannot find the file specified.”

各位好，我最近在更新Docker的时候碰到了个头疼的问题——不管是在CMD还是PowerShell里操作（哪怕用管理员权限运行终端），执行任何WSL相关命令都会报错："The system cannot find the file specified."

我已经试过这些办法，但都没能解决问题：

• 用Windows功能里的「关闭再开启WSL和虚拟机平台（VMP）」功能，重启电脑后问题还是存在
• 尝试通过dism.exe命令先禁用再启用WSL组件，命令执行过程是正常的，而且返回了WSL已成功启用的信息，具体输出如下：
