创建Octavia负载均衡器时，无法获取带amphora标签镜像的报错排查请求

各位好，我最近在创建Octavia负载均衡器时遇到了问题，服务始终创建失败。查看octavia-worker.log日志后，发现了如下报错：

2024-09-01 05:31:30.382 2524 ERROR octavia.compute.drivers.nova_driver [-] Nova failed to build the instance due to: Failed to retrieve image with amphora tag.: octavia.common.exceptions.ImageGetException: Failed to retrieve image with amphora tag.

我已经用命令openstack image list --tag amphora检查了带amphora标签的镜像，结果显示确实存在可用的镜像：
