服务器端填充DropDownLists时出现无效回发问题

1. 确保动态绑定的时机正确
因为你是从数据库获取数据绑定下拉框,一定要在Page_Init阶段完成绑定,而不是Page_Load。ASP.NET的ViewState是在Page_Init之后加载的,所以在这个阶段绑定控件,能让ViewState正确跟踪控件的初始状态,回发时就不会出现验证不通过的情况。

如果上面的方法都不行,你可以在页面指令里加EnableEventValidation="false",但这会关闭ASP.NET的事件验证机制,可能导致恶意回发攻击,所以除非万不得已,不要用这个方法:
