Ubuntu 24系统中Firefox/Brave浏览器出现「unknown issuer」证书错误的问题求助

各位大佬好，我这边遇到了一个证书相关的麻烦，想请教下大家：

我们公司部署了一台负责解密的上游设备，要求所有终端都必须安装对应的根CA证书。我按下面的步骤操作了：

• 先通过命令安装ca-certificates工具：

  sudo apt-get install -y ca-certificates
  

• 将PEM格式的根证书root.crt复制到/usr/local/share/ca-certificates目录下
• 执行证书更新命令：

  sudo update-ca-certificates
  

更新完成后系统提示已经成功添加了一个证书，我特意检查了/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt文件，最后一行确实能看到这个root.crt的内容，而且中间证书我也已经安装好了。

但是现在用Firefox或者Brave浏览器访问网站时，还是会弹出证书错误提示。比如Firefox的提示是这样的：

"Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue"

Someone could be trying to impersonate the site and you should not continue.

Websites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust www.google.com because its certificate chain includes an issuer that is not trusted.

我猜测会不会是浏览器没有识别到我安装的根证书？有没有大佬能帮忙分析下问题出在哪，或者给个解决方向？
