Windows分层存储无法执行分析与优化的问题求助

各位好，想请教个困扰我好一阵的问题：我电脑上的Windows分层存储已经用了好几年了，之前分层优化一直正常运行，但最近突然没法执行了——不管用defrag命令还是PowerShell的Optimize-Volume cmdlet都会报错，有没有大佬能帮忙分析下原因或者给点排查方向？

报错信息 #
