解决Spring MVC路径跳转循环问题的正确配置

这个问题我之前也踩过坑，你之前的配置之所以出现循环，是因为forward:/index.html和redirect:/形成了闭环：访问/时转发到index.html，而访问index.html又重定向回/，服务器就一直在这两个规则里打转。

要实现「访问/和/index.html最终都显示/的URL并展示index.html内容」的需求，正确的配置逻辑应该是：

对外部请求的/index.html，直接重定向到/（让浏览器地址栏变成/）
对外部请求的/，服务器内部转发到index.html（展示内容但保持URL不变）

具体代码配置如下（在你的WebMvcConfigurer实现类中）：

为什么这样不会出现循环？

当用户访问/index.html时，服务器返回301重定向响应，浏览器会主动发起新的请求到/；此时服务器处理/的请求，通过forward:/index.html在服务器内部跳转到静态资源index.html，这个内部跳转不会触发/index.html的重定向规则（重定向规则只匹配浏览器发起的外部请求），因此不会形成循环。
