macOS Ventura 13.7下Apache 2.4虚拟主机ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED错误排查与配置恢复求助

各位大佬好，我在macOS Ventura 13.7上配置过多个虚拟主机，距离上次设置已经过去好几年了，现在要新建一个站点做开发，但不管是系统配置出问题了还是我自己忘了步骤，现在本地的网站（不管是HTML还是PHP的）都没法正常打开运行，一直报ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED错误，想请大家帮忙排查下问题，恢复配置让本地能正常访问这些站点。
