直接完善你写的findAll语句就行，注意关联别名要和定义时完全一致：

查询单篇特定Post的Tag #

如果只需要某一篇Post的关联标签，用findByPk或者findOne搭配条件查询更高效：

// 或者通过文章标题等其他字段匹配
