各位大佬好，我最近在VirtualBox 7.1.4里尝试安装Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS，结果卡在了获取软件包索引的环节，一直弹403 Forbidden的错误，试了好几次都过不去，实在没辙了来求助！

看日志是访问ec.archive.ubuntu.com的noble/universe包索引时一直被拒绝，IP是91.189.91.81，用的80端口。我已经试过重新启动虚拟机、检查网络连接（虚拟机的网络设置是NAT，能ping通外部），但还是一样的错误。有没有朋友知道该怎么解决这个问题？比如是不是镜像源的问题，或者VirtualBox的设置哪里需要调整？
