Quarto结合gtsummary使用时tbl-cap-location无法将表格标题置于顶部的问题求助

我现在超级困惑，在RStudio里用Quarto的时候，怎么都没法让表格标题显示在顶部！

我的Quarto文档代码如下：

步骤看起来明明很简单，但渲染成HTML之后，标题却一直出现在表格底部，效果是这样的：

会不会是某个包版本太旧导致的问题呢？
