WPF桌面应用调用Azure Maps点高程API时出现404错误的问题

我正在开发一款WPF桌面应用，已经成功把Azure Maps地图嵌入到应用窗口里了。最近尝试获取某个指定坐标点的高程信息，按照相关API文档的调用方式写了代码，但调试时发现HttpResponseMessage response返回了404错误：

response = {StatusCode: 404, ReasonPhrase: 'Not Found', Version: 1.1,.....

我的调用方法大致如下（订阅密钥已隐藏）：

private static string GetElevationFromCoordinates(double latitude, double longitude)
{
    string subscriptionKey = "myHiddenSubscriptionKey";
    string baseUrl = "https://atlas.microsoft.com/elevation/point/json";

    string...
}
