ScrollView嵌套RelativeLayout，居中视图下方layout_below属性失效问题

问题根源 #

当你把RelativeLayout嵌套进ScrollView后，默认情况下：

• ScrollView不会强制它的直接子View（也就是你的RelativeLayout）填满整个视口高度，RelativeLayout的高度会默认是wrap_content，这时候它的高度仅够包裹第一个TextView（因为第一个TextView用了layout_centerInParent，RelativeLayout会自动收缩到刚好容纳它的尺寸）。
• 这种情况下，第二个TextView的layout_below没有足够的布局空间，自然就不会生效。

修复方案 #

只需要调整两个关键属性，就能彻底解决问题：

1. 给ScrollView添加fillViewport属性 #

这个属性会让ScrollView的直接子View拉伸到填满ScrollView的可见视口高度，哪怕子View的内容高度小于视口也会生效。

2. 将RelativeLayout的高度设为match_parent #

配合fillViewport属性，让RelativeLayout占满整个视口高度，这样layout_centerInParent的计算会基于整个屏幕视口，而不是仅仅包裹第一个TextView的小区域，layout_below也就能正确定位到第一个TextView的下方位置。
