Virtualmin面板下RoundCube SMTP配置报错（错误码454）求助

大家好，我在Virtualmin环境下配置RoundCube的SMTP时碰到了棘手的问题，发送邮件时总会弹出报错，想请各位大佬帮忙分析下原因！

当我尝试发送邮件时，系统提示：

SMTP Error (454): Connection to server failed

我已经逐一排查了几个关键配置项，但问题还是没解决，具体情况如下：

• 1. 检查RoundCube的config.inc.php配置
  我的SMTP相关配置如下：

  $config['imap_host'] = 'localhost:143';
  $config['smtp_host'] = 'tls://localhost'; // 我也曾尝试改成tls://mydomain.tld
  $config['smtp_port'] = 465;
  $config['smtp_user'] = '%u';
  $config['smtp_pass'] = '%p';
  $config['support_url'] = '';
  

  后来我把tls://换成ssl://之后，报错变成了：

  SMTP Error (): Connection to server failed.

• 2. 检查Postfix的主配置文件postfix.cf
  我核对了Postfix的配置，目前的关键配置内容是：

  smtpd_relay_restrictions = permit_mynetworks permit_sasl_authenticated defer_unauth_destination
  myhostname = isv.mydomain.com
  alias_maps = hash:/etc/aliases
  alias_database = hash:/etc/aliases
  myorigin = /etc/mailname
  mydestination = $myhostname, isv.mydomain.com, localhost.mydomain.com, localhost
  #relayhost =
  myne...
  

  （注：Postfix配置内容未粘贴完整，但已核对过已展示的部分，确认配置正确）

有没有朋友遇到过类似的问题？或者能给我一些排查方向的建议？
