使用Ajax提交表单后，如何处理Servlet返回的Text/JSON双格式响应？

方案二：用dataFilter预处理响应 #

如果后端没办法保证响应头的正确性，或者你不想依赖响应头，可以用dataFilter钩子在jQuery解析响应之前先做预处理——尝试把响应解析成JSON，失败就保留原文本：

另外，你之前尝试的accept配置其实是告诉后端“我期望接收什么格式”，但后端不一定会遵守，所以它不能帮你处理后端返回的多种格式，而是要靠上面的方法来主动判断处理。
