升级Bundler版本后安装libv8-node 16.10.0.0失败求助

大家好，最近我们团队把Bundler版本从1.16.6升级到2.3.23后，在生产环境执行bundle install时碰到了棘手的报错，折腾半天没搞定，来求助下各位！

具体的错误信息如下：

`build_libv8!': failed to build libv8 16.10.0 (Libv8::Node::BuilderError)
An error occurred while installing libv8-node (16.10.0.0), and Bundler cannot
continue.
In Gemfile:
mini_racer was resolved to 0.6.3, which depends on
libv8-node

我们的环境信息：

• bundle平台：x86_64-linux
• 当前Bundler版本：2.3.23

特别奇怪的是，当我们把Bundler版本降回之前的1.16.6时，bundle install就能毫无阻碍地完成，完全没有报错。

有没有朋友遇到过类似的问题？或者能给我们提供些排查方向吗？万分感谢！
