Fragment中RecyclerView内指定TextView滚动条失效问题求助

我之前做类似需求时也碰到过一模一样的真机适配坑——模拟器上滚动正常，真机却没反应，给你几个亲测有效的解决方案：

方案一：直接给TextView配置滚动属性（最推荐） #

不用嵌套任何ScrollView，直接让TextView自己支持滚动，这种方式最轻量化，也最不容易出适配问题：

1. 在列表项的XML布局里，给详情TextView加上这些属性：

2. 在RecyclerView的Adapter的onBindViewHolder方法里，给TextView设置滚动方法：

Kotlin代码： #

holder.tv_detail.movementMethod = ScrollingMovementMethod.getInstance()

Java代码： #

holder.tvDetail.setMovementMethod(ScrollingMovementMethod.getInstance());

这个方案的核心是让TextView自己处理滚动事件，避免和RecyclerView的触摸事件冲突，真机上基本都能正常工作。

方案二：正确配置NestedScrollView（如果一定要用嵌套） #

如果你之前用NestedScrollView没成功，大概率是配置不对，试试这样调整：

1. 列表项布局里，把详情TextView放在NestedScrollView内，注意设置固定高度或最大高度：

2. 给RecyclerView添加属性，避免它拦截子View的滚动事件：

另外要注意，NestedScrollView内部只能有一个直接子View，不要嵌套多层布局，否则可能导致触摸事件传递异常。

方案三：检查真机的系统设置 #

有些品牌的安卓手机（比如小米、华为）有特殊的触摸优化或无障碍设置，可能会影响View的滚动事件：

• 进入手机「设置」→「无障碍」，看看有没有开启“触摸和按住延迟”的高延迟模式，改成默认或短延迟
• 检查「开发者选项」里的“触摸灵敏度”或“指针速度”，调整到正常范围
