Maven+Selenium+TestNG项目执行未生成test-output结果文件夹问题

我之前也踩过这个一模一样的坑！右键运行testng.xml时报告文件夹正常生成，但用Maven命令执行就是看不到test-output，折腾了好一会儿才理清原因。下面是几个亲测有效的解决办法：

1. 配置Maven Surefire插件（最关键） #

Maven默认通过Surefire插件执行测试，如果没指定你的testng.xml配置文件，它会自动扫描测试类执行，但这时候可能没启用TestNG的默认报告监听器。你需要在pom.xml里明确配置Surefire插件，指定testng.xml路径并开启默认监听器：

2. 检查testng.xml的监听器配置 #

右键运行时IDE会自动加载TestNG的默认报告监听器，但Maven执行时如果你的testng.xml里手动移除了这些监听器，就不会生成报告。确保testng.xml里包含这些默认监听器（如果没有可以加上）：

3. 清理缓存后重新执行 #

有时候Maven的缓存文件会干扰执行，先清理再重新构建：

mvn clean test

clean命令会删除之前的target和test-output文件夹，确保是全新的测试执行。

4. 确保TestNG与Surefire版本兼容 #

如果你的TestNG版本和Surefire插件版本不匹配，也可能导致报告生成失败。比如：

• TestNG 7.x 搭配 Surefire 3.x 版本
• TestNG 6.x 搭配 Surefire 2.x 版本

可以根据自己的TestNG版本调整Surefire插件的版本，一般用最新稳定版搭配不会有问题。

按照上面的步骤调整后，再执行mvn test，应该就能看到test-output文件夹自动生成了！我当时就是因为漏了配置Surefire的suiteXmlFiles，导致Maven没按我的testng.xml执行，所以没生成报告。
