通过Anaconda安装Numpy后无法加载的问题求助

我最近在尝试运行vaex模块，它要求使用Python 3.6，而且似乎必须通过conda安装而不能用pip。说实话我这方面经验不多，但还是先安装了Anaconda，然后在Anaconda提示符里执行以下命令创建了新的conda环境：

conda create -n research_project_conda python=3.6 vaex numpy pandas scikit-learn

环境创建过程很顺利，我也能在VSCode中成功加载这个环境，但当我尝试用这个环境运行脚本时，却出现了下面的错误：
