无法安装stable-baselines3的问题求助

首先得说一下，我已经仔细看过两个类似的安装问题了，但我的情况好像不太一样。

我在Windows终端里执行了pip install stable-baselines3命令，结果出现了下面的错误输出：

注意哦，之前看到的类似问题是build dependences（构建依赖）出错，但我这里是preparing metadata（准备元数据）环节出问题。而且我已经试过那个问题里提到的所有方法了——比如pip install git+https://github.com/DLR-RM/stable-baselines3、pip install stable-baselines3[extra]还有pip install git+https://github.com/carlosluis/stable-baselines3@fix_tests，结果都是一样的错误。有没有大佬能帮帮我呀？谢谢啦！
