Python 3.12/3.13环境下Windows安装crewAI失败，但3.11可正常运行的问题求助

各位大佬，我最近装crewAI包的时候碰到个头疼的问题，特意过来求个解决方案：

我在Windows系统上用Python 3.12和3.13的虚拟环境安装crewAI时，一直卡在编译regex和tiktoken这两个依赖的环节，直接报错失败。之前我已经按照其他相关帖子的提示，单独安装了Visual C++ Build Tools和Rust编译器，本来以为能解决依赖问题，结果包的构建环节还是崩了。

特别奇怪的是，同样的操作步骤在Python 3.11环境里就能完美运行，完全没报错。补充下版本细节：3.12/3.13搭配的是pip 24，而3.11用的是pip 22。

下面是我在新Python版本里得到的具体错误输出：
